Hi! I'm Sarah. I'm 20 years old. And recently (about two months ago), I flip flopped my lifestyle.
I've been a vegetarian for years- ever since I can remember I've never liked meat. I think it tastes gross. Well, I'm now hardcore. I've changed my lifestyle to vegan. No meat, no dairy. It's so very satisfying. I feel so much healthier than before.
I've contemplated working out before but I've never actually gone through with it until now. I work out almost every day. I've grown to like it. I walk a few miles each day, jump rope, do pilates, and other such exercises.
Every once in a while I'll be tempted to eat something that I used to love which I know is bad for me and I believe that this forum will help support me through those times of weakness.
I hope that more members will come through and we'll be able to support each other and be the healthiest we can be.
